The Story

Construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up around the trades, I developed an early understanding of what it takes to build something that lasts. Not just structurally, but in the trust between a builder and their client. Before founding Avasa Construction, I worked across engineering firms and established building companies, sharpening my skills and learning the industry from every angle. That foundation gave me the confidence to do things my way, with the professionalism of a large firm and the personal accountability of a family builder.

Today, as a Licensed Builder and General Contractor serving Vernon and the North Okanagan, we've completed numerous projects spanning custom homes, commercial spaces, and multi-unit developments. Every single one has been built with the same standard of care.

How We Work

Every Avasa project is led personally by me, Manbir Deol. I coordinate and manage a trusted network of skilled subcontractors, meaning you always have a single point of contact who knows your project inside and out. No getting passed around, no miscommunication, no surprises. From your first consultation through to the moment you walk through the finished door, I'm involved every step of the way.

What Drives Us

For me, it always comes back to the finished product. That moment when a client sees their vision fully realized, a home they designed from scratch, a commercial space ready to open its doors, a development that adds something real to the community. That's what this work is about. Every decision we make on site is made with that moment in mind.
